Shipping & Handling
Free shipping on orders over $25! (U.S. customers only)
U.S. CUSTOMERS: Your purchase will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will be sent tracking information when your order is shipped. Please ensure that your address is up-to-date during checkout. Depending upon location, your order will take 1-5 days to arrive within the U.S.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.: Your order will take a minimum of 10 days, and can take up to several weeks to arrive to you. Please be aware of this before ordering. Customers with a shipment address outside of the U.S. are responsible for all custom duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
INSURANCE: Please request postal insurance in writing, through e-mail.
Returns and Exchanges
I stand behind every piece of jewelry I sell. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, I will provide a full refund, minus actual shipping charge.
A return request must be made within 5 days of receipt of the item. Please contact me if you would like to return an item. Item must return in perfect condition and in original packaging in order to issue a full refund. I recommend returning items with Delivery Confirmation.
